About Braylen Aldridge
Braylen is a Denver native and has been dedicated to youth development for over 10 years, beginning as a youth and later growing into a leadership role. Over the years Braylen has worked with Groundwork Denver, Fresh Food Connect, Mo Betta Green, and city WILD before joining Lincoln Hills Cares in the beginning of 2020. Braylen has built strong relationships with community members and leaders through collaboration on different restorative projects from the Denver metro area to national, state and federal parks in Colorado.
As Youth Program Director, Braylen designs summer programming for the Pathways teams, creating meaningful experiences that help youth develop essential skills. Through teamwork, environmental stewardship, and immersive camping trips, Braylen ensures participants grow personally and gain valuable hands on experience in the outdoors.
